1. Polio Vaccination Requirement

• A NADRA-issued Polio Vaccination Card is mandatory for all Pakistani Umrah pilgrims.

 

 

2. Package Rates and Availability

 

• All Umrah package rates are subject to availability.

• Rates mentioned in the packages are subject to confirmation and may change without prior notice.

• Full payment (100%) must be made in advance before confirmation.

3. Final Confirmation and Refund Policy

 

• The final price will be confirmed after approval from the transport company, hotel, and visa authority.

• After confirmation, all packages, hotels, transport, extra services, and tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.

 

 

4. Airfare, Taxes, and Currency Fluctuations

 

• Any change in airfare or taxes by the airline before travel will be payable by the passenger.

• Rates include 5% VAT and 5% municipal fee (Saudi tax).

• Any new tax or revised percentage implemented by the Government of Pakistan or Saudi authorities will be payable by the pilgrim.

• If any additional tax, surcharge, or insurance is levied by a government authority, it must be paid by the passenger.

• All fares and taxes are quoted in Pakistani Rupees. Any fluctuation in the Saudi Riyal exchange rate will be borne by the traveler.

 

 

5. Hotel Accommodation

 

• All hotel rooms in Makkah and Madinah are Double/Twin beds as standard.

• Triple Room: Two twin beds + one fold-out bed.

• Quad Room: Two twin beds + two fold-out beds.

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Check-out: Before 12:00 PM.

• Hotel star ratings are according to the Saudi star classification system.

 

 

6. Visa and Travel Documents

 

• Delay or failure to submit a passport on the specified date may cause visa rejection or delay, for which Arqem Lahore (Pvt.) Ltd. is not responsible.

• The company is not liable for visa rejection by Saudi authorities.

• Passports must be valid for at least 8 months, and a valid CNIC is mandatory.

 

 

7. Package Validity

Please verify the validity period mentioned on each package. Packages are valid only within the stated dates.

 

 

8. Transport and Delays

All transportation services in Saudi Arabia are subject to possible delays due to operational or traffic conditions.

 

 

9. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

Services may change or be delayed due to:

 

• War, invasion, terrorism, or civil unrest.

• Natural disasters such as fire, flood, storm, earthquake, or epidemic.

• Strikes, industrial action, embargo, or blockades.

• Changes in Saudi or local laws that prevent execution of the tour.

• Airline schedule changes or cancellations.

 

 

10. Travel Eligibility and Regulations

 

• Female pilgrims of any age must be accompanied by a Mehram, except those aged 45 years or above, who are exempt under Saudi regulations.

• Applicants barred from traveling abroad by court order or placed on the Exit Control List (ECL) are not eligible to travel.

• All international passengers must comply with Saudi Taleemat (instructions), including mandatory vaccinations such as Polio before departure.

 

 

11. Prohibited Acts and Legal Compliance

 

• Drug trafficking is strictly prohibited and punishable under Saudi law by imprisonment, lashes, or execution.

• Offenders may be permanently banned from entering Saudi Arabia.

• Acts such as begging, political activity, theft, or immoral behavior are strictly prohibited.

• All pilgrims must obey Saudi laws and local regulations during their stay.

 

 

12. Baggage Policy

 

• Pilgrims must carry their luggage according to airline-approved sizes and weight limits.

• Failure to comply may result in the airline refusing to carry the luggage.

• In such cases, Arqem Lahore (Pvt.) Ltd. and the airline will not be responsible.
