Ministry of Hajj and Umrah allows People vaccinated with any WHO approved COVID-19 Vaccine to perform Umrah provided:
The Pilgrim quarantines for 3 days after arriving in the Kingdom and provides a negative PCR test 48 hours after arriving in the Kingdom
Anyone vaccinated with Saudi Approved Vaccines are exempted from Quarantine and can perform Umrah immediately after arriving in the Kingdom

Saudi Arabia has announced on Thursday that it will allow direct entry from six countries including Indonesia, Pakistan, India and Egypt without spending 14-day quarantine in a third country other two countries are Brazil and Vietnam
“All the procedures and measures are subject to continuous evaluation by the competent health authorities in the Kingdom, according to the developments in the epidemiological situation globally,” the source said
Direct Flights from Pakistan to Saudia will be resumed from 1st December 2021. Information on terms and conditions for Umrah Visa from Pakistan will be updated in coming days as more information is updated by respective ministries

Update 13 August 2021
The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has released a press statement that the capacity of Umrah Pilgrims for Umrah season 1443 2021/2022 will gradually be raised from 60,000 to 90,000 and then 120,000 per day.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah also reported that 5 pilgrims from Nigeria arrived on Friday Evening and 50 Pilgrims will arrive on Saturday pointing out that the arrival of Foreign Pilgrims will be expedited along with the capacity increment
Update 9 August 2021
Saudi Government has started issuing Umrah Visa for international pilgrims and will start receiving international pilgrims from 9th August 2021. An official from the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has confirmed that the Limit of Umrah Visa has been increased from 60,000 to 2,000,000 (two million) per month. All pilgrims planning to perform Umrah will be required to be vaccinated.

Update impacting Umrah Pilgrimage and travelers was issued dated 28th July 2021. A newly updated list was issued by the Saudi authority two days back for countries that are required 14 days Quarantine period in a third country before entering the kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Umrah.
Any Pilgrim Originating or passing from the following countries will be required to Quarantine for 14 days in a third country:

On 25th of July 2021 Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Saudi Arabia has officially announced the resumption of Umrah for International Pilgrims. And it is likely that this year Inshallah Umrah will continue without any interruption. Even better news is that Umrah season 2021 / 2022 | 1443 | will be 10 months long.
Umrah season for international Pilgrims will begin with the start of the new Islamic year 1443 and will end a month after Ramadan in Shawwal.
When Will Umrah Start
Saudi Govt will start issuing Umrah Visa for Umrah season 1443 from 1st Muharram 1443 which corresponds to 10th August 2021. if you are traveling from following 9 Countries Pakistan, India, Indonesia, Egypt, Turkey, Argentina, Brazil, South Africa and Lebnon, you will be required to complete quarantine period of 14 days in a third country before arriving in Kingdom. All other countries are allowed to send direct flights.
What more do I need to know
Pilgrims Ages 18 and above are allowed
It is mandatory Requirement for Umrah Pilgrim to be vaccinated against COVID-19 with complete doses of either Pfizer, Mordena, Astrazeneca or J&J.
What if I have complete doses of china's vaccines ? Yes you will be allowed but with an additional booster shot of either Pfizer, Mordena, Astrazeneca or J&J.
